A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments booked through our Faces Consent booking system. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
If you need to rearrange your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date provided that at least 48 hours' notice is given.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances and will be forfeited if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or if you fail to attend.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. Repeated missed appointments may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
